Challenge Turn a messy dashboard into a clean and simple.
The main challenge was transforming a cluttered,
overwhelming dashboard into a clean and intuitive workspacethat supports the agent’s daily tasks. With a large volume of data that needed to be displayed simultaneously, it was essential to create an environment where users could easily focus on the most relevant information. The goal was to design an interface that balances comprehensive data presentation with clarity and simplicity, helping agents work efficiently.
Design The main focus was creating an intuitive experience that would enable agents to navigate and work with extensive data effortlessly. Much like the dashboard aims to bring order and clarity, the visual elements convey simplicity and professionalism, expressed through a clean, modern color palette, clear hierarchies, and iconography.
The interface was designed as a flexible workspace that adapts to the agent’s needs, with a dynamic components that can expand or collapse to reveal essential details without cluttering the view. Through the design, users can experience a sense of focus and control, allowing them to engage with complex information in a clear and accessible way.
